Brett Fehrman has been serving Southeastern Indiana’s real estate needs since 1992. He has been diligent about serving his community and being involved in many different organizations in the area. Brett has created a network to help his clients find the perfect fit for their property, but more importantly, it also means that he is helping create a community that grows, one that people want to move to and invest in. With a wide variety of knowledge, from commercial properties, residential properties and vacant land, serving over 19 years on the local Board of Realtors with four terms as the Board President, he is able to find solutions to real estate problems by drawing on his expansive experience. He works to create terms and deals that benefit his clients.
As a Boy Scout leader for over 45 years, Brett does his best to bring integrity to his business practices and applies the Scout values to both his business and personal life. Building trust is important to him. He makes sure that he is doing things in his clients’ best interest and with integrity. His hard work and dedication has not gone unnoticed by those around him – he was awarded the Honor of Kentucky Colonel by Governor Steve Beshear.
Brett is a lifelong resident of Southeast Indiana. He graduated from South Dearborn High School in 1987, and from Purdue University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science in Management & Finance degree. He and his wife Jenny have stayed in this area to raise their daughter, Amber. They are showing her the same values that they, themselves, have found to be so important. They strive to enrich their community with civic and community service. Brett previously served on South Dearborn School Board, and currently serves on the Dearborn County Regional Sewer District Board (23 years). Brett and his family are members of the First Baptist Church in Greendale.
