Debbie Scudder began her real estate career with a larger franchise in 2005 and made the switch to locally owned Fehrman Realty in 2007. At Fehrman Realty she became part of small, tight-knit office with deep connections to the community. This community connectedness was very important to Debbie as she has lived in and around the Dillsboro area her entire life.
Debbie has an incredible work ethic that has served her well through several careers prior to real estate. From working in the sales department for a local manufacturing company, to a 3rd party industrial repair specialist for a Cincinnati-based company, and even window washing when needed. This experience and determination are highlighted in her efforts for her clients along with her ability to problem solve and resolve issues as they arise.

When not serving clients, she likes to stay busy working outside in her garden and around her home. She also loves following the adventures of her supermodel grandson who frequently travels the United States and Europe for his soaring modeling career.
